Rory Sutherland muses on improving customer satisfaction on the London Underground

A new animated film brings to life Ogilvy & Mather’s Rory Sutherland, as he muses psychological solutions to improving customer satisfaction on the London Underground.

The film was based on a concept developed by OgilvyLabs, produced by Contented Brands, with direction and animation by Animade TV and Moth Collective.
