Our work for CALM highlighted by the BBC

30 October 2008

Last night the BBC1 magazine programme Inside Out ran an item on male depression and male suicide. Reporter Lisa Vickery – whose twin brother took his own life earlier this year – looked at what is a serious but under-reported problem (after automobile acidents, suicide is the biggest killer of men aged under 34). There was particular emphasis on the work that one of our clients, the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), does to prevent  young men killing themselves.

Lisa and her crew came into the agency to film CALM founder Jane Powell, and one of the creatives on the CALM account, Ogilvy Advertising’s Alun Howell. Click on the YouTube link above to watch the show.
