Debut campaign for Motorola showcases advanced features of new Z10
The advanced camera and video features of Motorola’s flagship Z10 model are featured in Ogilvy UK’s first work for the mobile phone giant since winning the integrated business back in March.
TeamMoto - set up by Ogilvy to in response to Motorola’s multi-media requirements - has produced a light-hearted campaign that promotoes the Z10 as an ideal tool for would-be film-makers and photographers, given its 3.2 megapixel camera and 30 frame per second video capture.
Under the campaign banner “We’re all film makers now”, assorted executions play on the conventional notion of a credits list as seen at the beginning of films. Instead of different people being credited, all the roles assigned to “me” or read “I did that” or “my work”.
The campaign runs across a wide array of media, including cinema, digital, press, poster, radio and point-of-sale.
