HR Director, Ogilvy Group UK

Jenny McGregor is the UK HR Director for the Ogilvy Group, a position she took up in January 2007.

Jenny transferred to the Ogilvy Group from Ogilvy Healthworld where she had worked for 20 years, firstly in a client facing role, then as a creative and finally as HR Director. This rather unconventional career path has given her a unique perspective on the challenges faced by the various parts of the business.

Jenny is married with two step-children. She is a published author and has written a series of books on children’s health.
