Toby Started his career in advertising and marketing in 1992 working in the automotive retail sector in the field with the Vauxhall dealer network.  In 1996 he moved to Lowe Broadway where he ran the dealer marketing programme for GM which consisted of a 12 strong field team, media department and dealer retail communications managing and coordinating a dealer network of over 300.  He introduced and developed integrated IT systems to run the programme which included budget control, automated ad build and project management systems.

Toby joined Ogilvy in 2002 as Retail  Business Director for Ford of European and after five years working with the Ford team and developing European and Global Digital Asset Management  he moved into a Group role as Group Business Systems Director.  Toby now Implements and Overseeing the ISO certification for 9001 and 14001 with a strong focus on developing agency and client business systems at local, regional and global levels.

Toby is heavily involved in the “Many Ogilvy Hands” project building a secondary school in Uganda and has a building named after him as a demonstration of his commitment to the project.

After growing up on a farm in the South West surrounded by green fields, cows and sheep he now lives in Earlsfield South West London with his wife.
